We all know the importance of a low fat diet. That's why our snack bars are low in fat, so you can snack without the guilt..

A small amount of fat is essential for the body to function efficiently, however a high intake of the wrong fats can lead to obesity and increase the risk of other health problems i.e. heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and osteoarthritis.

To reduce these risks it is important to limit your fat intake, especially saturated and trans fats, rotate your staple foods (grains, rice, pasta) and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables.

Equally important is to drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
