High Fibre
Dietary fibre is a form of complex carbohydrates, that is not digested or absorbed in any significant amounts by the body. It sweeps through the body, keeping you regular.
Fibre is associated with lowering blood cholesterol and preventing a rapid rise in blood glucose levels after meals.
By keeping you regular, it can prevent a build up of toxins in the bowels and other associated problems.
Best sources of fibre are wholegrains, pulses, fruit (particularly dried fruit), and vegetables.
We use over 50% of dried fruit in every bar!
